A rotating slate of menus includes traditional scrambled eggs and bacon, quiche and sausage, apple dumplings, omelets, apple and cherry crepes, 'Fancy fruits and grains', and blueberry pancakes. Sheila and Ira chat with guests over coffee in the dining room at breakfast. 'Guests seem pleased to be awakened by the scents of bacon and coffee percolating through the house', Sheila says.
