At the Cobb Lane Bed and Breakfast, we are proud to offer our guests beautiful travel accommodations , delicious morning meals and a lovely place to call home while visiting Birmingham, AL. We are also pleased to provide a gorgeous Alabama wedding location, beautiful and efficient space for your corporate event or a lovely place to hold a small bridal shower. In order to make all of these things happen as smoothly as possible we have established some simple policies. Please take a moment to look these policies over.

Cobb Lane Bed and Breakfast is best suited for adults due to the abundance of antique furniture, porcelin, china and crystal chandeliers.
As a National Historic Registered Site we support an all inclusive No Smoking policy in our facility and on our grounds(including porches).
Guest rooms are Single/Double occupancy only. We are unable to add cots, roll-away beds or fold-out sofas.
Room rates include a hot, freshly cooked Southern Hospitality Full Breakfast.
Breakfast is served at 7:00 AM Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM Saturday and 9:00 AM Sunday. Special arrangements may be available by speaking to the innkeeper in advance.
Check-in is from 3:00-9:00 pm . No late arrivals past 9:00 pm except by special arrangement with Innkeepers.
Cancellations must be made by noon 48 hours prior to the first night stay or else the first night will be charged, without reimbursement
During Talledega weekends, NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED. Rooms will be charged at booking
